In the case of a cancellation we are unable to refund any deposits that have been paid.  We recommend our clients purchase travel insurance. Depending on the circumstances of your cancellation you may be able to claim part or all of the purchase price back from your travel insurance provider.

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) Update:

We understand that you may have concerns about global travel given the current coronavirus outbreak. Because of this, we strongly recommend travel insurance for guests with upcoming trips. Coverage can differ from one insurance provider to another, so make sure to double check that your policy has the right type of coverage.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your trip due to the current travel restrictions or illness, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss alternative trip dates.

We are continually monitoring the situation, and will contact guests with upcoming trips in the extremely unlikely event that trips will be affected. The safety of our guests is always our top priority.
