The villa comes fully equipped for a comfortable stay. All utility expenses (electricity, water, etc.) are included. Here is what is included:
- Bedding & bath: Sheets, towels, soap, shampoo, and hair dryer
- Kitchen: Full kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, cooking basics, pots, dishes, glasses, and cutlery
- Climate: Air conditioning and heating throughout, plus an indoor fireplace
- Entertainment: HD TV with Netflix, WiFi, and speakers
- Outdoor living: Heated private pool with loungers, pool bar, BBQ grill, outdoor kitchenette, multiple terraces, and an outdoor shower
- Laundry: Free washing machine
- Parking: Free private parking for 2–3 cars
- Utilities: All electricity, water, and utility expenses included
- Family: Crib and high chair available on request
